Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) or the currency indicated on the product page. Applicable GST or regional taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing location.
After successful payment, your invoice and digital receipt are automatically generated and emailed to you. You can also download past receipts anytime from your account dashboard.
If a transaction fails or appears pending, please retry from your orders page after a few minutes or contact our support team. Razorpay may display a “pending” status while awaiting confirmation from your bank or card network.
Before initiating a chargeback, we encourage you to contact buildwebproject@gmail.com. We can usually resolve issues promptly, including issuing a direct refund when applicable, to avoid unnecessary processing delays.
