To initiate a refund, email us at buildwebproject@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for refund, and relevant screenshots or proof (if applicable). Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund amount may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
